- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Watch out having an account at Key Bank because they will rip you off take your money without asking, and doing so will overdraw your account and then refuse to give it back. I have been unemployed for 8 months and needed my last forty dollars to pay a bill until I got my unemployment money and they charged me $40 for a rewards program, not really rewarding now is it! I never received an email or a letter for any notice whatsoever that I was going to get charge that amount, probably because they wanted to take my money and not give it back because their policy is not to refund that money. So stay away from Key Bank unless you just like giving away your money for no good reason.By Brandon Bowyer, December 15, 2016
